4-Stage Filtration
The 4-Stage Purifying Water Straw is made from a coarse filter screen, double layer pp cotton fiber, coconut shell activated carbon and hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes, which can remove coliforms to improve the taste.

Smaller Pore Size 0.1 micron water filter
The pore size of the water filter straw is 0.1 microns which can filter out most of the tiny material from the water. It is the best water filter for camping. 4-Stage Fiiltration System of Purifying Water Straw
Stage 1: The water from coarse filter gets through PP Cotton, intercept residual particles will be rejected here, and the stage can reduce water turbidity.
Stage 3: This stage is an activated carbon filter, with 5microns average pore size, it can efficiently remove coliforms, reduce turbidity and Odor, improve the taste of water.
Stage 2: The water from coarse filter gets through PP Cotton, intercept residual particles will be rejected here, and the stage can reduce water turbidity.
Stage 4: The core stage of the filter, it is a hollow fiber, the average pore size of it is 0.1 micron. It can remove 99.99% coliforms in the water.
Backwash After Use
If the Purifying Water Straw won't be used for an extended period of
time, or if flow rate or taste quality has diminished then
it is recommended to backflush. Backflushing is more
effective if performed before letting the filter to dry out.
First remove the dust cap, then twist
off the mouthpiece and thread on a
squeezable plastic water bottle (e.g.,
ones commonly available at grocery
stores) containing clean water
to the threaded cap.
