a) When registering your email address, you will receive 300 points.

b) For every USD 1 spent on Membrane Solutions' official online store https://www.mspurelife.com/, you will receive 1 point. If you return a product, the points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your total points;

c) Reviews: If you write a product review with text, you will get 30 points; if you write a product review with pictures + text, you will get 45 points;

d) Share Membrane Solutions' official Facebook link and you will get 15 points; 
Follow Membrane Solutions' official Instagram and you will get 15 points; 
Subscribe to Membrane Solutions' official YouTube and you will get 15 points; 
Follow Membrane Solutions' official Tiktok and you will get 15 points; 

e) For daily visits to the website, you will receive 2 points;

f) To celebrate your birthday, you will receive 999 points, valid for 15 days before and after your birthday.

After completing the operations related to earning points, the corresponding points will be credited to your membership account.

Your Membrane Solutions Club points are valid for 3 years. Expired points will be deducted from your account at the end of the expiry month. For example, if your account will be credited with points on January 1, 2022, these points will expire at 23:59 on January 1, 2025. You cannot transfer points to other members. Points have no cash value and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash.

① Points can be redeemed for purchase discounts directly on the payment page. Every additional 100 points will get a US$1 discount, which can be used for future purchases.
For example:
100 points = US$1 discount
1000 points = US$10 discount
25,000 points = US$250 discount
and so on
Members can redeem up to 30% of points on any product such as air purifiers and 15% on any product such as air purifier filters. The redemption ratio will be calculated separately when the order includes both an air purifier and an air purifier filter.

② After the order is paid, points will be redeemed and deducted accordingly.

③ If the order is returned for a refund, the redeemed points will be returned to the member's account, and the validity period of the points will be recalculated based on the date of entry.

④ ✅Points discount can be used with coupons, and the price after the coupon discount will be calculated.

⑤ Points cannot be used as payment for gift cards, taxes, shipping, packaging, and delivery fees. You must log in to your official online store account to use points to redeem discounts.

The Membrane Solutions Club has three membership levels, VIP, SVIP, and SSVIP. Members may upgrade their membership levels through points as outlined in Section 3. The higher the level, the more membership benefits you can enjoy.

💎SVIP: 2001-6000 points
👑SSVIP: 6001 points and above

We may cancel your membership at any time for certain reasons at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if we determine that you (a) are not eligible, (b) have not used your account for an extended period, (c) have violated any terms of the Club and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations, (d) engage in any deception, forgery, fraud or any other abuse of the Club's provisions. If we determine that you earned points or rewards by mistake, fraud, or deception, or by any unauthorized means, we may revoke those points or rewards.

You will lose your accumulated points if you cancel your order or if Membrane Solutions cancels your membership.

After canceling your membership, you can still become a member again as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. Once you regain membership, points cleared from your previous account will not be added to your account. 

Membrane Solutions has the final right to interpret the membership terms. Membrane Solutions reserves the right to change or cancel any terms of the Club at any time. If we change these Terms, we will notify you by posting the new Terms here. These changes will be effective on the revision date indicated in the revised Terms. By becoming a member again you agree to the revised terms.
