For retail online purchases, we now offer shipment to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Other countries are unavailable at present.
We offer free shipping on all orders to the US. However, a few remote areas cities (PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP) may not support our free shipping policy and we will charge you a remote area fee based on the product weight. If you want to check the remote area charges for your orders, please kindly email service@mspurelife.com with your country and postcode

Processing Time
We process orders 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing after you have placed your order. All Standard Shipping orders ship via several methods including UPS Ground, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or USPS Priority/First Class Mail. For the delivery time, please refer to the table below:

Refund Policy
The policy described below applies to products purchased directly from Membrane Solutions. Please keep your original proof of purchase, receipt, or sales order to exercise these policies.
Refund and exchange policies
Membrane Solutions guarantees that conform to the following conditions, refund and exchange can be requested within 30 days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the purchasing date (subject to the actual date the product was received).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@mspurelife.com.
b. Product has been damaged in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked in the presence of the couriers;
c. The actual products are not matched with the original descriptions;
b. The request for refund or exchange is made after 7 working days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of purchasing day;
c. All original accessories are incomplete in the product for refund or exchange, attachments, accessories, specification, and packaging, or appearance damage caused by human cause.
d. Legal proof of purchase, receipt or sales order is unable to provide, or has been forged or tampered with;
e. No quality issues in themselves were found after the examination from MSpurelife Technical Support;
f. Crash or burn caused by non-manufacturing defects, or any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign matters ( water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation;
g. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof tags, false proof marks, etc. were tampered with or altered;
h. Failure and damage caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, earthquake, and lightning strikes.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will offer you the nearest warehouse address according to the information you provide.
Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@mspurelife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Membrane Solutions. We proudly offer a 1+1 Year Extended Warranty on eligible purchases from mspurelife.com and authorized resellers.
✅ What Does This Warranty Cover?
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Membrane Solutions or authorized resellers are covered from the date of purchase.
- Claims from purchases via Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc. are also handled by MSPure.
- Replacements may be factory refurbished or new, depending on availability.
- If replacement is not available, a partial refund may be issued according to usage time.
- Warranty on replacements: original coverage period OR 3 months, whichever is longer.
⚙️ Warranty Claim Process
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or dated receipt).
- MSPure will guide you through troubleshooting and request photos/serial number of defect.
- Return of the defective item may be required for inspection.
- Incorrect or missing returns will void warranty replacement.
- Warranty claims expire 90 days after submission if not completed.
